Crescent Rolls

2 c. scalded milk
1 1/2 c. warm water
2 T. yeast + a dash of sugar
1 T. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter, softened
3 eggs
10 - 12 c. all purpose flour
1 stick butter, melted (for shaping the dough)
